Good to know

Quick answers.

Why does a city show a different time than I expected?

Every conversion is computed from the time-zone database built into iOS, including daylight-saving rules. The most common surprise is a DST boundary: check whether the date you’re scrubbing falls just before or after a change-over in one of the cities.

Does the Apple Watch app work on its own?

The watch app is a companion. You plan on the iPhone; the watch is for checking meeting times at a glance and scrubbing with the Digital Crown.

Where is my data stored? Can I sync between devices?

Everything — your cities, meeting drafts, saved meetings, and settings — is stored locally on your device and travels with your normal device backup. There is no account and no cloud. To move a plan somewhere else, share it: a shared plan carries the full setup with it.
