01The agreement

These terms apply to World Time Scheduler and to this website, both operated by Space Frog Games Inc. (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store, so Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your purchase; where the two overlap, Apple’s EULA governs the license itself.

02Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its artwork.

03Accuracy of time information

Please read this one. Time-zone and daylight-saving rules are set by governments and occasionally change on short notice. The app computes all times from the time-zone database on your device, which Apple updates with iOS. We work hard to present conversions exactly and unambiguously, but for critical commitments — flights, filings, launches, anything expensive to miss — verify the time against an authoritative source. The app is a planning aid, not a guarantee.

04Purchases and refunds

World Time Scheduler is a one-time purchase billed by Apple. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple makes the refund decision.

05Intellectual property

The app, this site, and their artwork and content are © 2026 Space Frog Games Inc. World Time Scheduler and the Spacefrog mark are ours; Apple, Apple Watch, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

06No warranty

The app and this site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t promise the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Frog Games Inc.’s total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including a meeting missed because of an incorrect time. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them limits consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of where you live.

09Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
