Agreements.
Privacy policy — effective September 25, 2026
Where your agreements live
Agreements you create live on your devices and in your own iCloud account, synced by Apple's CloudKit. Agreement contents are stored in CloudKit's end-to-end encrypted fields. SpaceFrog runs no server and cannot read your agreements, notes, discussion, or attachments.
Who can see a shared agreement
Only the people you invite. Sharing uses Apple's iCloud sharing: invitations are for specific people, access can be revoked, and there are no public agreements, profiles, or directories. Every agreement shows who can see it. When you share an agreement you kept privately, its earlier versions and notes stay private unless you choose to include them.
Your name as you enter it in Settings is shown to people you share agreements with.
What we measure
Nothing today. Agreements contains no analytics that are switched on. If that ever changes, this page will say so first, and it will be anonymous, aggregate usage only — never your agreements' contents.
What we never do
No ads. No selling or sharing data. No tracking across apps or websites. Agreements does not read your contacts, location, or microphone. Photos and files are read only when you choose to attach one.
Writing assist
Writing assist runs entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device model. Your text is not sent anywhere.
Purchases
Agreements Plus is processed entirely by Apple. We don't receive your payment details.
Deleting
You can delete personal agreements. Shared agreements can't be erased for everyone — you can leave or archive them, and your part in their history stays visible to the others. Removing Agreements' data from iCloud is available in the Settings app under your Apple Account.
